Once both wings are down, you can either shoot the eye with an arrow, or hit an orb straight back at the creature (a Shield Bash works fine for this). To hit the left wing, perform a horizontal right-to-left swipe. The goal here is to hit the orbs back at the enemy with your sword in a way that will first destroy both wings, and then the eye in the middle. Once you succeed in landing, Bilocyte, a tentacle thing with wings, will appear out of Levias' blowhole and shoot orbs at you. After destroying all of them you can fly high above Levias and dive off your Loftwing to land on its back. It's best to approach the behemoth from the rear, dashing once you line up with each eyeball. Watch out for other flying enemies, and be wary of flying into Levias' body (which will hurt).
